The Group: The Financial Planning group builds solutions and capabilities that enable financial advisors to deliver compliant and comprehensive financial advice so that their retail clients and investors meet their goals. The solutions leverage Morningstar's extensive data and research capabilities across all stages of financial advice making the advice process compliant, efficient and effective.
The Role: The Morningstar AdviserLogic - Onboarding and Implementation team is looking for an execution-focused Professional to join us as a Associate Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the financial Wealth and advice industry with an emphasis on CRM implementation, Client engagement and data dissemination. We are seeking a results-orientated professional who can work directly and effectively in a highly collaborative, Agile software implementation settings. In this role, you will take ownership of Onboarding and implementation-developing a deep understanding of the type of business our client involved in, develop user confidence in CRM product improving overall advice business process and proactive client outreach.
Responsibilities:

  • Work to understand a client's business environment and uncover their sales challenges to recommend the appropriate services.
  • Prepare plan and documents all system integration requirements and develop all analytical functions such as data mapping, and provide support to all implementation processes.
  • Design all code prototypes to validate requirements and maintain knowledge of all product functionality according to customer requirement.
  • Assist customers to analyze all onboarding and implementation requirements and provide efficient solutions for same and participate in working of the implementation team.
  • Proactively manage and increase client satisfaction.
  • Understand business, operations and technology requirements, serving as a conduit between stakeholders, operations, and technology teams.
  • Breakdown and analyze complex workflows and systems, identify inefficiencies/areas for improvement, and define solutions to improve the client experience.
  • Coordinate with functional groups and identify all required enhancements and processes changes as per client requirement to resolve all issues and provide support to all clients for the implementation process.
  • Establish a professional working relationship with clients, focusing mainly on the decision-maker and Demonstrate ability to grow relationships and build credibility with key clients contacts at an all levels.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators and measurements of product success as it relates to deploying platform improvements.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree. MBA Preferred ( with 1 to 2 years of Exp.)
  • 3-5 years experience in Professional Services, Support or Consulting preferably in CRM space.
  • Experience in managing software as a service (SAAS) implementations.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and reference-able customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
  • Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach
  • Possess strong presentation skills and credibility with senior-level executives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for investments, including stocks, indexes, funds and ETFs.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to lead team decision-making processes and foster an environment of teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented.
