Summary Generated by Built In

As a Customer Success Manager for the Enterprise Delivery Restaurants team, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and operational excellence for Uber Eats' largest restaurant partners in Mexico. Acting as a strategic and analytical partner to Account Managers, commercial leads, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, identify high-impact opportunities, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to business performance.

This role combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, and end-to-end ownership. You will independently lead key workstreams, from diagnosing business performance and identifying growth opportunities to developing scalable solutions and ensuring effective execution. A core responsibility will be driving restaurant operational excellence, partnering closely with Merchant Operations, Territory Ops, and commercial teams to improve merchant performance and customer experience.

You will also play an active role in shaping business decisions by building compelling, data-driven narratives and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and restaurant partners, including participation in business reviews. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do
  • Restaurant Operations Ownership: Own the monitoring and improvement of operational performance for our enterprise merchants. Track operational and merchant-quality metrics, detect issues early, find root causes and drive solutions with Merchant Ops, Account Managers and local teams.
  • Strategic Analytics & Performance Diagnosis: Run deep dives and ad hoc analyses to understand business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and evaluate potential initiatives. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, prioritizing opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design, build, and continuously improve dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability while helping commercial teams identify trends, monitor results, and take action.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Own key workstreams end-to-end, partnering with Account Managers, commercial leads, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability for results.
  • Insights & Communication: Translate complex analyses into compelling, executive-ready narratives and clear recommendations. Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and restaurant partners, actively supporting Account Managers in client business reviews, including MBRs, and strategic discussions.
  • Process Improvement, Automation & AI: Identify opportunities to optimize recurring processes, improve data quality, and develop scalable solutions that increase team efficiency. Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting, accelerate analysis, and enable the team to focus on higher-impact initiatives
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, and experience building dashboards or analytical tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including executive-level presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and day-to-day work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders across teams such as operations, product, finance, and commercial.
  • Experience in restaurants, QSR, delivery, marketplaces, retail or other merchant-facing operations.
  • Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to clients or external partners.
