As a Customer Experience Associate, you are responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while creating a luxury experience. OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the UK with right-to-work documentation
- This is an in-office role based in Reading, United Kingdom,
- Poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
