Warehouse Club is a unique channel, and one of the few Brick & Mortar channels that is projected to grow significantly over the next 5 years. The Associate Customer Business Manager is directly responsible for delivering growth for Unilever within our Club Business.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You are directly responsible for delivering growth for Unilever within the Club Channel on the deodorant category along with running analysis for the PC Category.
You will work with a cross-functional team to develop and deliver a joint business plan across the deodorant category. You will meet bi-weekly with Costco to deliver the plan and plan for 1-3 years out strategically. This plan will include product assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy developed through your insight and analysis of those categories, while incorporating the customers’ strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting, trend analysis, and delivering key insights to all business partners
• Manage the business relationship with Club team and Key stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison on all business issues both internal and external
• Work closely cross functional teams; Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.
• Coordinate Annual Planning efforts, including executing Joint Business Plans
• Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop marketing and merchandising programs
• Champion and drive strategic selling initiatives for Unilever with Costco
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
• Deep analytical expertise, especially working with syndicated data (i.e., Circana, Nielsen, Numerator)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Skilled written and verbal communicator
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Willing and able to travel ~25% of the time
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
