General Summary:

The Associate Customer Billing Administrator provides support for the Billing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing the billing process by sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid timely and accurately. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to track the billing process of customers and verify all billing items are accounted for. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Finance teams, with a high attention to detail

• Verifies discrepancies with clients and resolves issues in a timely manner

• Sends invoices and account updates to clients

• Keeps an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances

• Addresses and solves client questions and issues

• Securely handles client’s data and payment information

• Provides regular, accurate reports of billing data 


Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: 

• Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with moderate supervision

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of industry best practices

• Comfortability using MS Office products and internal billing platform

• Strong time management and organizational skills 


Shift Timing - 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM


Working Conditions - Pune / Mumbai (Onsite)


Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools

• Preferred: 1+ year(s) working in a SaaS environment

• Preferred: bachelor's degree in related field
