We are looking for highly energetic and driven customer champions to work on the Customer Adoption team. This role is focused on helping our customers get the maximum value from their Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform, by driving procure-to-pay (P2P) best practices, process optimization and adoption of Coupa functionality and enhancements.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience working directly with large, enterprise clients to drive customer success, have process and technical proficiency with P2P platforms, and experience with system analysis to proactively lead customers toward business goals.
What you will do:
- Provide technical, business, and product knowledge in support of driving customer success
- Build and lead a global agile team in the US and India
- Working directly with customers Coupa Customer Value Manager (CVM) to ensure customer success and using technical knowledge to support the CVM meet the deliverables of the customer’s account plan
- Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa core modules Running workshops to provide technical, process and workarounds recommendations based on Coupa domain knowledge.
- Deliver Coupa best practice assessments for customers to drive adoption of the Coupa platform
- Run knowledge share sessions with customers to educate and enhance business process utilizing new and existing product features while aiming to reduce complexity (keep it simple)
- Working with other organizations within Coupa as well as the global Customer Adoption Manager team
- Working with customers to define the scope of a project, activities and key deliverables
- Presenting solutions in written and or oral reports
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 2+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Strongly prefer a background in both eInvoicing and Global Compliance
- Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go-live procurement, AP and/or expense Management experience is desired, but not required.
- Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
- Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP.
- Strong written and verbal English language communications skills.
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
