A Day in the LifeAt Medtronic, we are committed to improving healthcare and patient outcomes worldwide. As an Associate Credit Services Representative, you will play an important role in supporting collection and recovery activities across customer accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external collection agencies to help reduce overdue balances, improve cash recovery, and maintain healthy customer accounts.This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain experience in credit and collections within a global healthcare technology company. You will be part of an international team and contribute directly to business performance through effective collection coordination and account management. For this hybrid role, you will be expected to be based in Lahore.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support collection activities for assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate and monitor external collection agencies to ensure timely collection actions
- Follow up with collection partners on recovery progress, disputes, and action plans
- Review overdue accounts and support escalation of high-risk customers
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, agency updates, and customer communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and collection issues
- Prepare collection performance reports, aging analysis, and recovery updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Up to 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or finance operations, with interpersonal skills and significant diplomacy, ideally gained in debt collection or customer service within an international organization
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to analyze data and work with dashboards and performance reports
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working with collection agencies, SAP, or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems would be an advantage. Knowledge of collection processes and recovery management is also desirable.
