Grab's lending business (GFSA – Grab Financial Services Asia) is a recent addition to Grab's array of product and service offerings focused on extension of Micro credit to drivers, agents and merchants in Grab's ecosystem. GFSA team is a combination of talent pool in its Regional Hub (Singapore) and deep local market operators across its focus markets.

Get to Know the Role

We're looking for a Credit Risk Associate who will manage consumer portfolios including designing risk strategy leverage on eco system data, automating the credit risk decision processes and conducting risk analytics to uncover insights. You will be asked to also work hands-on implementing end-to-end risk strategies for new programs. You will report to Head of Credit Risk, and work on site at Bangkok Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help implement the credit risk framework and strategy for PAX(Passenger/Users), DAX (Riders) and Mex (Restaurant/Merchant)
• Review and validate policy performance, uncover insights and identify targeted areas for improvements
• Support the credit strategy process with help of needed analysis and data pull
• Work with the leadership team to define credit risk strategy for all lending products
• Identify risk drivers and propose mitigation solutions
• Work with Data Science team to build and test credit, account management and Collection models

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit risk analytics is not required but good to have.
• You will work in as team player in high functioning team is required
• Familiarity with Statistical Modeling is required
• Experience in foundation in data query/manipulation using Python/SQL and data visualization (PowerBi)
