We are looking for an Associate to join our Creator Growth team, which fosters relationships with creators, founders, and partners for the ShopMy platform. This critical role will support our Creator Growth executives in managing the full funnel creator acquisition process, by streamlining our networking and pitch processes, maintaining our CRM, and ensuring the effective prospecting and onboarding of new talent.
In this role, you should be highly organized and adaptable. Attention to detail, timeliness, and communication skills are essential. If you also have experience with project management and account service, we’d love to connect.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Creator Growth executives in the day-to-day management of prospective creator relationships, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables
- Prepare thorough notes and demo shops in advance of all initial and follow up meetings with creators, leveraging our ShopMy database/ internal resources to include unique data-insights
- Assist our Creator Growth executives in the day-to-day management of prospective creator relationships, including scheduling meetings, assisting in email management, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables
- Attend pertinent internal and external meetings - take detailed notes during meetings, capturing key points, next steps, and follow-ups
- Maintain data integrity within ShopMy’s CRM, which entails ensuring key stakeholders are up to date on the pipeline
- Collaborate with other Creator Growth Associates and members of the Creator Growth team to share best practices and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years in business development, sales, marketing, or related field
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in project management, background in SaaS sales is a plus
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM databases (Salesforce is a plus), and social media platforms
- Positive, entrepreneurial-minded, driven, eager to learn, and competitive team player

New York Pay Range
$60,000—$80,000 USD
