Associate Creative Director

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Creative Directors and Strategy leads to help push the design boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities. Present innovative and differentiating ideas and designs to client. They will be responsible for the design ownership, creative strategic development and overall concept development of the Client’s brand.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Ensures that all design work in every media is completed to the highest standard​
Oversees junior to mid-level designers from presentation to digital to brand, etc., inspiring creativity and directing them to maintain creative excellence​
Establishes trust with clients, through receiving and interpreting feedback, whilst advocating for the agency​
Stays on top of emerging technologies and trends​
Develops design ideas, conceptualising projects and revising/editing as needed through to completion
