POSITION SUMMARY
This role uses its extensive design background to assist in leading the creative team to produce content incorporating innovative design along with targeted messaging; focused on visual design. This role is a hands-on professional with the ability to apply his/her advanced knowledge of the client’s market, organizational goals and strategies to execute on visual design and story through appropriate technology. JOB DUTIES

• * Creatively and technically manages projects across appropriate team members and client contacts
• * Leverages creative experience and advanced knowledge of visual design and development to stimulate innovative designs from ideation to execution and delivery
• * Regularly communicates with clients to ensure projects meet expectations
• * Consults with the client throughout the lifecycle of each project to develop and produce an end-result that meets brand integrity and marketing objectives
• * Manages the day to day operation of more junior creative production roles, focusing on visual design elements, to successfully incorporate design with messaging
• Provides service that maintains and develops client relationships
• Willing to explore new ideas as they relate to increasing client engagement and retention.
• Contributes to best practices through documentation and knowledge sharing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Demonstrated experience driving design direction for a team
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Excellent ability to collaborate with others and present creative ideas for successful adoption
• Conceptual thinker who can brainstorm to solve problems and identify priorities for design execution against strict quality or brand standards
• Confident and professional communicator at all levels of an organization
• Excellent attention to detail in deadline driven, pressured environment
• Hardware and Software proficient (MS Office, Adobe CS, FIGMA)
• Advanced designer, able to define visual characteristics and understand the client’s identity to create innovative visual design elements.
