The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of thinkers, makers and doers, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work. Within this team, the Experiential Creative function is responsible for how Salesforce shows up in physical spaces, from flagship events and trade shows to brand partnerships and activations.

About the role

Salesforce is looking for an exceptional Associate Creative Director, Experiential to join our growing internal agency and help shape how the brand comes to life in physical spaces. Reporting into the Senior Creative Director, you will concept, design, and deliver brand experiences end to end from strategy and ideation through production and on-site execution across events, activations, trade shows, and brand partnerships.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be as comfortable building the deck and directing an install as you are pitching the vision to stakeholders. You should bring a genuine point of view on experiential design and a belief that brand experiences should be meaningful, not just functional. The right person will push beyond industry convention while staying true to the Salesforce brand, always advocating for craft, consistency, and creative ambition.

What you'll do

  • Own experiential creative projects end to end from initial concept through design development, production, and on-site delivery across events, activations, and trade show programs

  • Work closely with the Creative Director(s) and cross-functional teams to develop experiential concepts that align with marketing briefs and business objectives

  • Develop creative ideas and spatial design concepts that meet project KPIs; test and iterate when necessary

  • Establish and maintain creative standards, design principles, and frameworks for experiential work that extend the brand into physical environments

  • Bring a design-led approach to every project ensuring experiential work is rooted in strong visual and spatial design thinking, not just logistics and production

  • Concept and deliver interactive product storytelling moments within experiences finding compelling, tangible ways to put Salesforce products in attendees' hands

  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and production partners to scale experiential programs while maintaining creative quality and brand integrity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategic events, and creative leadership to present concepts and align experiential work with broader brand and campaign strategies

  • Develop relationships with partner brands and collaborators that create elevated, co-branded experiences

  • Mentor designers and creative team members, setting a high bar for craft and creative thinking

  • Stay deeply informed on experiential design trends, emerging technology, and AI bringing insights that push our work and processes forward

What experience you have

  • BA or BFA in Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in experiential creative with a portfolio that demonstrates brand activations, event design, trade shows, and/or brand partnerships

  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring creative teams in an agency or in-house creative group

  • Proven ability to take experiential projects from concept through production and on-site execution

  • Strong spatial design sensibility with hands-on expertise across environmental graphics, stage design, booth design, and installation work

  • A design-led portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and spatial thinking, not just event production

  • Experience creating interactive product demonstrations or storytelling moments within experiential environments translating complex technology into engaging, hands-on experiences

  • Outstanding presentation skills and a proven ability to pitch creative visions to senior stakeholders

  • Experience partnering with agencies, fabricators, and production vendors to deliver at scale

  • Working knowledge of AI and emerging technology, with the ability to conceptualize experiences that authentically represent products and innovation; B2B / tech experience is a plus

  • Expert knowledge of creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with 3D/rendering tools (SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar)

You are excited about this role because:

  • You believe brand experiences should be crafted, not templated

  • You love building whether that's a function, a stage, or an idea from scratch

  • You're as energized by the install day as you are by the concept phase

  • You never shy from a challenge

We are excited about you because:

  • You bring a genuine point of view and elevated sense of craft to every experience you touch

  • You find creative ways to make complex products tangible and interactive in physical spaces.

  • You push beyond trade show convention while staying grounded in brand and strategy

  • You're always bringing new references, materials, and ideas to the table from architecture to retail to installation art

  • You inspire the people around you and raise the bar for what experiential work can be
