 The Role

At TravelPerk, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Associate Creative Designer to join our Community team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate internally — supporting Community, Workplace, Internal Communications, and Employer Branding initiatives through thoughtful, high-quality design.

 What You’ll Do
  • Support the Community team with creative design and branding for company-wide, regional, and team events.
  • Create engaging visuals and assets for weekly and quarterly digital presentations (Google Slides) and print materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver designs that reflect our brand and culture.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas for internal engagement campaigns.
  • Develop templates, toolkits, and resources to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven design experience (or a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creative ability).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma.
  • Basic understanding of video and motion design (a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual identity and ability to create content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • A growth mindset — comfortable experimenting, learning, and iterating.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and a drive to use them to enhance creative output.

How We Work
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
