L.L.Bean is currently seeking an Associate Creative Designer to join our team in Freeport, Maine. This role involves the artistic translation of our brand strategy and marketing communication to consumers in the Print, Digital, and Retail business channels.
Responsibilities:

Create layouts and design or re-design as assigned.

Collaborate with cross functional partners (i.e. merchandising, content) to gather information that will enable appropriate design decisions.

Partner with Designers and Photo Art Directors to ensure proper application and consideration of photography assets.

Partner with Production team ensuring design expectations of the various deliverables.
-
Collaborate with copywriters on proper application of appropriate copy elements to ensure strategic solutions, synergy and consistency.

Assume any additional related duties as requested.
