Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Develop initial perspectives on potential M&A opportunities, including investment thesis and strategic rationale
- Build target financial models including forecast scenarios, synergy estimates, and integration costs
- Conduct valuation analysis and draft investment memos
- Coordinate due diligence process in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Project manage the creation of transition and integration plans
- Work with internal teams to set success criteria for deals
Your Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role, such as investment banking, corporate development, private equity, management consulting, or a related field
- Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to distill complex topics into clear, easy to understand messaging
- Strong organization and project management skills

Compensation:
- In the greater Seattle area the first-year salary range is $77,001-$99,235. Additionally, Rover offers a long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout and benefits to full-time employees.
- The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
