Associate, Corporate Development

We are looking for an Associate, Corporate Development to join our Finance team, supporting strategic partnerships and equity/debt financing under the VP Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Support evaluation and due diligence of strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with technology providers, integrators, and defense-sector counterparts, and help draft term sheets and partnership documentation.
• Build financial models, business cases, and board/executive materials to assess partnership economics and deal structures.
• Support equity and debt financing processes, including financial models, data rooms, and investor/lender presentations.
• Support analysis of financing instruments, including equity rounds, convertible instruments, and debt facilities.
• Help coordinate diligence processes with investors, lenders, and advisors.

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity/venture capital, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Familiarity with equity and debt financing mechanics (cap tables, term sheets, financing instruments).
• Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking); Hebrew a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
