The Associate Contract Analyst manages indirect channel partner agreements, ensure compliance and alignments with company policies. You are expected to maintain strong collaboration between external customers and internal organizations. This is a rare and incredible opportunity to know the flow of the medical device industry, and furthermore, it is a rewarding and challenging place to immediately affect the patient's life and get positive results. This is 15 months fixed-term contract individual contributor role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Manage the Indirect Channel Partners agreements and due diligence

Manage the Securimate platform and making sure it is always updated
-
Conduct the screening and evaluation the indirect channel partners
-
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity

Leading the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of SOPs in Korea
Required Knowledge and Experience:
-
Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications, preferably Management or Business Administration – Law degree and/or Masters is a great plus
-
At least 2 years of experience in any administrative and compliance role
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean languages

Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
-
High attention to detail and accuracy

Good prioritization and organizational skills

Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomously

Achievement oriented and ability to drive results with the highest quality standards
