The Role
AT A GLANCE

As an Associate, Content Analytics at RVO Health, you will leverage data to drive impactful decisions that enhance our content business. This role combines advanced data analysis, SQL expertise, and dashboard creation to deliver insights that inform content strategies and improve operational efficiency. Working collaboratively across content, business, and data teams, you'll act as a data-savvy consultant, uncovering trends, solving complex challenges, and telling compelling stories through data to support strategic initiatives and elevate organizational impact.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we plan, prioritize, and measure content across our platforms. Informing decisions at both the day-to-day and strategic levels. 

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle, and Editorial to ensure data is actionable, trusted, and aligned to business priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze content performance metrics across the organization to deliver actionable insights that optimize content ROI, streamline workflows, and enhance overall content effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports in tools like Looker, enabling stakeholders to access and act on real-time data.
  • Partner with data science, data architects, and business teams to design and implement scalable data sources and visualizations tailored to content operations.
  • Take ownership of your projects with full autonomy, helping drive strategies that shape the future of content operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience in a professional environment; A demonstrated track record of success in prior internships or full-time positions
  • Experienced in Excel, proficient in functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index Match
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying complex relational databases to extract actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Python (e.g., Pandas, scripting) is a plus, especially for supporting AI-powered content workflows and automation. 
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with a desire to work with large data sets and compelling business challenges
  • A steady desire and commitment to learning at an accelerated rate, but also wants to knowledge share and contribute diverse ideas to our teams
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker or any other visualization tools is a plus
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across content, technical, and leadership teams.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $53,400 - $65,000 
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
