We are looking for an Associate Content Analyst to join our Trademark Indexing Team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the content editing of trademark records fed into CompuMark Databases. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in data entry work, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet), and possess strong communication skills.
About You
- Minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s degree (except Engineering grads)
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a business/customer-focused environment.
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).

- Knowledge of the Intellectual Property (IP) industry, products, and services.
- Skilled and experienced in data entry work.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Proofreads, validates and edits trademark info of trademark records. Enriches trademark records by applying indexing or cross referencing to the word elements of trademark records.
- Delivers high quality trademark records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of trademark record updates.
- Successfully completes applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information which may include: Trademark Fundamentals, Introduction to Products, Overview of the Customers, Introduction to Products, Overview to Customers, Trademark indexing training, Cross referencing training, Image segmentation training, Introduction to CompuMark applications such as Singularity UI, TIPSi, TRIM, Atrium, Web204, M204, and other production systems, and other specialized database/process training.
- Maintains an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry and online research and grows knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.
About the Team
The team consists of 20 people and is reporting to the Team Manager, Trademark Indexing. The team is responsible for conducting trademark research and analysis on the Internet, specialized databases, and other sources as necessary to produce quality research reports for CompuMark clients. Responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark availability.
Hours of Work
2PM to 11PM IST (9 hrs, including 1 hr break)
