- Influence leaders and teams by building deep, trusting relationships with clients
- Develop expertise in your clients’ business and needs, as well as Gallup’s offerings and services
- Create and implement complex project plans

- Turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of experience in paid professional work in any of the following areas required: complex project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, related consultative business development
- Full fluency in Japanese with proficiency in English required
- Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts required
- Ability to work in our Tokyo office at least three days per week required, with the option to work remotely the remaining days
- Eligibility to work in Japan required — open to foreign candidates with valid work visas; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship
