Associate Consultant – No Experience Required | Manchester
Amoria Group is expanding and seeking ambitious individuals to join our Manchester office as Associate Consultants. This role is ideal for recent graduates or career changers looking to enter a high-growth recruitment industry. You will work with Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy clients across the US markets. Working hours are 12:00 to 21:00.
Salary & OTE
Base salary: £26,100 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: £35k–£40k
Year 2: £60k+
Year 3: £100k+

Responsibilities
Make sales and business development calls to clients to secure job vacancies
Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Write job adverts and create content to develop your personal brand
Travel internationally to meet clients
