What to expect:
Contribute to Real-World Evidence & Digital Innovation Projects
Support the design and execution of real-world studies, including the implementation and deployment of digital technologies
Explore innovative applications of real-world data in digital health, AI-driven analytics, and patient-centric diigtal solutions
Design and Deliver Data-Driven Solutions
Contribute to the design of data-driven solutions that support patient journey analysis, digital recruitment, and disease management
Participate in the development of new methodologies and innovative offerings within Real-world data and digital health
Collaborate with Clients and Global Teams
Engage in project management activities and client interactions
Work closely with cross-functional teams across China and globally
Our ideal candidate: Essential experience
Candidates with 3–5 years of post‑Master’s experience in healthcare data analytics or artificial intelligence, or recent PhD graduates, are preferred.
Candidates with majors relevant to the role are preferred, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Epidemiology, etc.
Possess basic data analysis and/or content development (writing) skills.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively apply them to improve daily work efficiency.
Strong learning ability, passionate about industry trends and innovation, and willing to take on challenges.
High sense of responsibility, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tasks on time.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
