Work as an individual contributor in delivering commercial analytics and business insights projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role will focus on market assessment, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, resource optimization, segmentation and targeting, customer analytics, and brand performance analytics.
The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand business problems, gather requirements, and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations that support commercial decision-making.

- Lead and execute projects involving promotional effectiveness, ROI analysis, sales force effectiveness, pricing optimization, physician/patient profiling, and commercial strategy.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic business decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations through impactful presentations and reports.
- Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across projects.
