Associate Consultant / Consultant at Red Nucleus is responsible for leading project workstreams and supporting the delivery of strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Working as part of a collaborative team, this individual will conduct research, analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and build evidence-based recommendations that help clients navigate pricing, reimbursement, market access and commercialization challenges across global markets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation
- Conduct primary and secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations supported by evidence, stakeholder input, and market analysis.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex business problems
- Experience synthesizing information from multiple data sources into clear recommendations.
- Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development capabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) valued, but not required
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Pricing and market access strategy
- Global market access
- Health technology assessment (HTA)
- Reimbursement & payer research
- Launch strategy
- Portfolio strategy
- Commercial strategy
