In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.
What a typical day looks like:
- Research & analyze complex business problems to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamlined processes.
- In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective ,Provide consultation and guidance to users on automated tools and technologies
- Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables to meet business and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals and performance standards.
- Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.
- Collaborated with end users to troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day system issues, ensuring continuous system availability and smooth operations.
- Techno – functional related role and responsibility are the primary role to be followed and delivered to the business teams
- Execute Global IT initiatives and projects, ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and organizational standards.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Must be a graduate
- Typically requires 3 to 6 years of related experience.
- Techno- Functional knowledge (Direct & Indirect Procurement),
- Education background on Systems or industrial engineering, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
- Knowledge in Ivalua, Procurement eCommerce application, SQL, team focus and Leadership.
- Must possess Very strong Negotiation and Project self-driven skills.
- Strong in requirement gathering & gap analysis - added advantage.
- Subject Matter Expert Techo-function Knowledge in Supply Chain Added Advantage.
- Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones
