To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Associate Developer - IT position will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
• In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems
• Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
• Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Execute Global IT projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Functional knowledge, education background on Systems or industrial engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
• Typically requires 3- 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
• Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge in Jira and confluence.z
• Design and implement advanced BI, Data Integration, and AI solutions using:
• Snowflake for cloud data warehousing.
• Informatica for ETL and data integration.
• Tableau and MicroStrategy for dashboards and reporting.
• Qlik Replicate for real-time data replication.
• Kafka for event streaming and data pipelines.
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log analytics and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports ensuring scalability and security.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and process automation.
• Provide technical support for critical dashboards and reports across Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Research complex business problems and propose automated, AI-enabled solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly across BI, ETL, and data streaming platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to understand BI and data integration needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and AI solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements aligned with business/customer requirements.
• Supervise implementation of required improvements to meet site business/customer needs.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues for smooth operations.

  Data Platforms: Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex , Informatica.
  BI Tools: Tableau, MicroStrategy.
  Streaming & Replication: Kafka, Qlik Replicate.
  Monitoring & Analytics: ELK Stack.
  Programming & Automation: Python, Unix Shell scripting.
  Job Scheduling: Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
  AI/ML: Implementation experience for predictive analytics and automation.
