sa.global is looking for driven and ambitious Associate Consultants to join our dynamic HomebuilderONE team in North America!

The Associate Consultant, HomebuilderONE will support customer implementations by following predefined instructions and checklists provided by project leaders and experienced consultants. This role focuses on learning the HomebuilderONE platform and supporting configuration, training, testing, and deployment activities. Associates will work closely with experienced consultants to ensure successful project execution while developing their own expertise in HomebuilderONE.

Position Overview

This role will report directly to the HomebuilderONE Practice Lead and will have no direct reports.

Applicants must be based within North America. This role is mostly remote, following completion of the on-site training program.

Training Program

All new hires must complete an in-person, in-office four-week mandatory training program covering HomebuilderONE fundamentals and implementation best practices.

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9AM – 5PM

• Expenses: sa.global will cover all costs related to training and required travel.

At the conclusion of the training program all Associate Consultants will be required to participate in a mock client meeting which demonstrates knowledge of the software, as well as the ability to conduct themselves professionally under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and successfully pass a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of HomebuilderONE.

• Follow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations.

• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify potential issues.

• Support system rollout and post-implementation support following company guidelines.

• Attend all client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process.

• Provide high levels of customer service by following established communication protocols.

• Document and track project progress using designated tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.

• Continuously develop knowledge of HomebuilderONE, staying updated on product enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation is preferred but not required.

• Background in the homebuilding or construction industry is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow structured processes and adapt in fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
