東京のプロフェッショナルコンサルティングチームでは、アソシエイトコンサルタント（コマーシャルコンサルティング） を募集しています。本ポジションは、コンサルティングプロジェクトへの積極的な参画を通じて、詳細なデータ分析、包括的なリサーチ、実行可能なインサイトや戦略的提言の作成をサポートする重要な役割です。チームは13名で構成されています。コマーシャルコンサルティングのスキルをお持ちの方とぜひお話ししたいと考えています。

応募条件（About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments）

• 関連分野の学士号または同等の資格
• 製薬業界におけるコマーシャルコンサルティングでの 2年以上の関連経験
• MS Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Word、Outlook、Teams）に精通していること
• 英語での優れた文章力および口頭コミュニケーション能力
• 日本語スキル必須

主な業務内容（What will you be doing in this role?）

• 既存の手法および高度な分析ツールを活用し、プロジェクト目標達成のためのデータ分析・統合を実施し、実用的なインサイトを生成
• 複雑なビジネス課題に対応するためのリサーチ手法の設計・実行に参加し、エビデンスに基づく提言を提供
• データ整理・可視化を行い、顧客向けプレゼンテーションやレポート作成に貢献
• コンサルティングチームと協力し、顧客のニーズや戦略目標に合わせた革新的ソリューションを開発
• 上長の指導のもと、顧客とのミーティングやコミュニケーションに参加し、ニーズ把握・フィードバック収集を行い、プロジェクトの方向性を確保
• 提案書作成において、市場分析・戦略提言・ソリューション説明など主要セクションの作成に貢献し、提案の競争力を強化
• シニアコンサルタントと協力し、タスク調整・スケジュール管理・高品質なコンサルティングサービス提供に向けた実行を支援

勤務時間（Hours of Work）

フルタイム勤務で、基本的には所属タイムゾーンの標準的な勤務時間帯となりますが、必要に応じてグローバルのタイムゾーンに合わせた柔軟な対応が求められます。

We are looking for Associate Consultant, commercial consulting to join our Professional consulting team in Tokyo. This role responsible for active engagement in consulting projects, encompassing in-depth data analysis, comprehensive research, and support in developing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. The team consists of 13 team members. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in commercial consulting.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field

• 2+ Years of Relevant Experience in Pharma commercial consulting

• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Japanese Skill is required

• Experience for APAC regions is preferred

• Conduct data analysis and synthesis to support project objectives, utilizing established methodologies and advanced analytical tools to generate actionable insights.

• Participate in designing and executing research methodologies to address complex business challenges and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Contribute to the creation of customer presentations and reports by organizing data, visualizing findings, and ensuring the clarity and impact of deliverables.

• Collaborate with consulting teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs and strategic goals.

• Engage in customer interactions and meetings, with oversight, to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Support proposal development by contributing to key sections, including market analysis, strategic recommendations, and solution descriptions, to enhance the competitiveness of proposals.

• Collaborate with senior consultants on project execution, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Commercial Consulting teams are experts in comprehensive research, data analysis and develop actionable insights. We contribute to securing new business through the creation of compelling proposals and presentations.

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
