As a Associate Compliance Business Partner you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Support Compliance Business Partners with investigations by gathering, reviewing, and organizing records, including EVV reports, clinical notes, employee and client records, state hotline reports, and related correspondence.
  • Ensure investigation documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and submitted on time.
  • Enter incidents into the tracking system accurately and promptly.
  • Work independently and collaborate with operational leaders and other teams to meet quality and productivity goals.

What is Required?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, compliance, operations support, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in home health, hospice or personal care services is highly desirable. 
  • TRAVEL: Up to 10%, may include driving, air travel and overnight stays
  • Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing. 

You will report to the Director of Service Line Compliance


The base salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
