We are seeking an Associate Compliance Analyst to support our security, risk, and compliance programs. This role is responsible for coordinating audits and certifications, managing third-party risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting ongoing security and risk management activities.
The ideal candidate has experience working with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, managing audit activities, responding to client security questionnaires, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support security audits, certifications, and compliance programs, including ISO 27001 and TISAX.
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and security records.
- Track audit findings, remediation plans, and corrective actions through completion.
- Manage vendor and third-party security assessments and onboarding reviews.
- Respond to client security questionnaires, compliance requests, and due diligence assessments.
- Support risk assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen security controls.
- Assist with incident response documentation and control improvement activities.
- Partner with Legal, IT, Sales, and Account Management teams to support security and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- Experience supporting or coordinating security audits and compliance programs (ISO 27001, TISAX, or similar).
- Experience responding to security questionnaires, compliance assessments, and client due diligence requests.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and security controls.
- Experience with vendor risk assessments and third-party security reviews.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple audits, assessments, and compliance initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading audit activities and working directly with external auditors.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise technologies.
- Experience with vulnerability management or security operations support.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Security+, CISA, CRISC, or similar.
