Who are we?
Our mothership Delivery hero is the leading online food delivery player in MENA, with well-established local brands such as Talabat, Hunger station, and Zomato it combines the local entrepreneurship with global excellence.
Today in the MENA market - Talabat is leading the way with a food ordering platform that delivers nearly 10 Million Orders per month (500k daily) whilst operating across the largest market for the Delivery Hero Group. As Talabat continues to grow and keep ahead of the curve we have recently launched our very own end-end
grocery service across the MENA region: tMart
Role Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Commercial Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
Bridge between category managers and admin team to ensure clear guidance and task implementation on timely manner. Assistance to the commercial team when it comes to delicate data collection and consolidation that would reflect on the business.
What’s On Your Plate?

Work closely with the commercial team to assist on daily BAUs and report any discrepancies or issues at a cross functional level.

Analyze and support the development and execution of cross functional commercial and operational strategies efficiently.

Develop new business leads for the commercial team that can support in finding new profitable vendors/accounts by utilizing CRM to manage and retain sales

File, maintain and track all commercial contractual agreements and ensure implementation of them to avoid loss of margins.

Identify invoicing or billing problems from EOBs and work to correct the errors.

Assist the campaign manager in the execution of the trade plan and analyze effectiveness of revenue generating plans.

Lead the commercial admin team by fostering and encouraging an environment of open communication and consistent recognition of individual and team accomplishments which in return will provide more clarity to their roles.

Generating, preparing, scheduling, and sending operations reports.

Maintain the country’s commercial Master files (SOPs, LPOs, SLAs, etc.)

Coordinate activities throughout the operation to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy and management deadlines (Marketing activities, Engagement activities, etc.)
