Join Stryker and become part of the team supporting the growth of robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery in Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in advanced surgical technology while working closely with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical specialists. During the first months in the role, you will focus on completing the required training and certification program to build the technical and clinical knowledge needed to support the Mako system.
What You Will Do
- Complete the required training curriculum and certification program to become a qualified Mako clinical specialist.
- Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures by providing clinical and technical assistance before, during, and after procedures.
- Deliver product education and ongoing training to surgeons, operating room personnel, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with preoperative planning activities, including imaging review, workflow preparation, and case readiness.
- Support the launch and adoption of new Mako accounts by providing clinical guidance and product expertise.
- Coordinate surgeon training sessions, workshops, cadaveric laboratories, and certification activities.
- Partner with sales representatives, distributors, and hospital teams to ensure surgical logistics, equipment readiness, and procedural support.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, quality standards, and ethical requirements.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursering or a related technical or clinical discipline.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in Veracruz, Mexico.

- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Exposure to hospital, operating room, or clinical environments.
- Experience in orthopedics, surgical technologies, or healthcare-related settings.
