Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provides day-to-day client service and reporting support of existing clients. Coordinates institutional activities with internal operations staff, custodian banks and client staff and resolves administrative and operations inquiries.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support on marketing and selling Invesco funds to various intermediaries such as selected private banks, consumer banks, insurance companies and IFAs.
  • Building and maintaining the overall relationship with selected intermediaries by providing high standard of client service.
  • Handling regular due diligence requests from distributors.
  • Provide timely and quality support to distributors.
  • Maintain customer database administration, filing system and ensure stock tracking of up-to-date product or investment related materials.
  • Excellent attitude to receive the external calls and handle with care
  • To provide regular reports for retail sales team and management on timely basis.
  • Leading the efforts in distributor approval/review process.
  • Completing and coordinating various client requests and templates from the distributors.
  • Work with various departments to collect data/information for report completion.
  • To provide administrative supports to the retail sales team.

Requirement for the Role:

  • 2-5 years of sales/ sales administrative experiences preferably with experiences working in fund management, financial or banking organization.
  • Good communication and administration skills (including Chinese processing).
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg and MorningStar will be advantageous.
