The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of client success, project coordination, and operational execution. You will serve as the day-to-day anchor for client-facing programs driving communication, issue resolution, documentation, meeting support, and invoicing workflows to help deployments run smoothly across geographies.

What You’ll Own & Drive
  • Own day-to-day communication with client partners and manage project action items across channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams, program teams, and administrative stakeholders to support deployment of Qure software.
  • Drive timely resolution of client issues by liaising with Client IT, Program teams, and internal engineering teams.
  • Create, track, and close tickets related to complaints, deployments, and engineering requests with proper client confirmation.
  • Run strong operating rhythms through meeting support, structured minutes, documentation upkeep, and internal status reporting.
  • Partner with finance to ensure timely invoicing and closure of financial transactions, while staying comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel.

What Success Looks Like
  • In the first 6–12 months, you will:
  • Build trusted day-to-day relationships with client partners and become the default operational point of contact for ongoing programs.
  • Establish clear communication cadences and action tracking across client, program, and internal teams.
  • Improve turnaround time and follow-through on complaints, escalations, deployment asks, and engineering requests.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation across client boards, tickets, and internal communication channels.
  • Ensure meeting outputs, minutes, and presentations are consistently produced at a high standard for internal and external coordination.
  • Bring discipline to invoicing and financial follow-ups so operational execution translates into timely closure.

Core Skills Required
  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, client success operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Graduate in any discipline; healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  •  Interest in technology products; experience in tech ops or client-facing operations is a bonus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution and getting things done.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, cross-team environments and support distributed teams.

What We Do

From medical images to connected devices, the amount of medical data being generated is growing exponentially. This coupled with new forms of data such as the ones generated by genome sequencing and biosensors renders traditional diagnostic methods obsolete. At Qure, we are a team of passionate computer scientists, medical practitioners and bioinformaticians who are on a mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable using the power of deep learning. We believe that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the key in ensuring that healthcare practitioners can focus on cases that truly matter, letting machines diagnose or treat the easier ones. Our aim is to leverage deep learning effectively to diagnose disease from radiology and pathology imaging, and create personalized cancer treatment plans from psychopathology imaging and genome sequences. Our research is done in collaboration with several hospital chains, universities and research institutions. If you are a medical institution and would like to collaborate with us, please reach out to us.
