The Manager - career Consulting Delivery will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-size and larger clients under the direction of the country CEO.

Securing client instructions and ensuring correct placement of business is essential. - Build and maintain strong relationships with middle size and larger clients, under direction of Senior Colleague
- Understand client business and requirements
- Devise appropriate strategies, provide advice and programmes to meet client needs
- Obtain terms from the market, analyse the terms and present them to the Clients
- Secure client instructions and ensure that business is placed correctly
- Co-ordinate any service delivery by Marsh teams
- Check invoicing and collection is completed

What you need to have:
- Hold or be studying for professional qualification (preferably)
- Insurance experience – minimum 1 years
- Sound technical understanding of insurance products, including but not limited to Property, Motor, Medical, Personal Accident
- Fluency in Azeri and English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good relationship builder, both with clients and internally
- Team player
