Associate Client Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Client Executive for our team based out of our Miami - Brickell office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

• Maintain and expand a large book of business containing complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties.
• Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts, leveraging an in-depth understanding of market needs, trends, and internal product offerings.
• Develop growth strategies for targeted accounts and industries, ensuring appropriate solutions are marketed to new buyer hubs.
• Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on a comprehensive review of account needs and risks.
• Monitor the overall sales process for account work, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a track record of maintaining and expanding a diverse book of business.
• Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with senior-level professionals in client organizations.
• Ability to address escalated issues and ensure overall service needs are met.
• Proficiency in project management to effectively plan and monitor sales processes.
