As a “Data Management & Analysis Professional” within our dynamic team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide ongoing business support for the Asset Management Data Warehouse platform and drive business process engineering initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues using critical thinking and identify innovations that add value to the business and team.
- Contribute deep knowledge of application/data warehouse functionality and requirements across workshops, planning, and execution.
- Implement effective data management techniques by understanding data flows and architectures (including data wrangling, UAT, bulk uploads, and feed monitoring/reconciliation).
- Oversee the management and use of data and data-related sources/applications (including CRM systems such as Salesforce and other client data applications).
- Maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to standards and enforce policies for data acquisition, rationalization, maintenance, and modification across internal and external sources.
- Establish proactive data quality controls to eliminate data inconsistencies/discrepancies at the root cause.
- Build and execute logical data quality rules using Data Quality tools based on requirements defined by data owners.
- Translate business/system requirements into specifications and design documents and manage releases to continuously enhance solutions.
- Partner as a liaison between business stakeholders and Technology/vendors through design, build, test, and implementation phases.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a Data Management (or similar) role with knowledge of sales processes
- Experience with databases and data analysis software with proficiency in SQL, Python, BO, and Alteryx
- Ability to analyze large data sets, summarize findings, recommend feasible solutions, and explain complex ideas to business partners
- Strong academic background with established analytical, programming, and technical skills
- Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to dive into details to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas, and add value to existing functions
- Strong project management skills
- Certifications in Customer Relationship Management and/or Data Management & Business Intelligence domain (preferable)
- Experience working with an industry-recognized CRM platform (Salesforce.com is a plus)
- MBA (Finance) or Engineering is a plus
