Associate Client Legal Administrator
Lugar: Madrid, España (Híbrido)
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Derecho corporativo, y revisión de contratos.
- Secretaría de sociedades, Pactos de socios y Junta Directiva.
- Actualización y redacción de estatutos, aumentos y reducciones de capital, aportaciones de socios, constitución, enajenación, liquidación y disolución de sociedades, otorgamiento de poderes, formulación y aprobación de cuentas anuales, actualización y presentación de libros societarios.
- Trabajar con el equipo en una cartera designada de clientes asegurándose de que todas las consultas y solicitudes de los clientes se procesen de manera oportuna.
- Redactar y revisar en colaboración con el equipo, documentos legales en español e inglés sujetos a la ley española y documentos corporativos como reuniones de socios y resoluciones de junta directiva.
- Seguir cualquier cambio en la legislación española que pueda tener impacto en los servicios y en los clientes.
- Revisar con el equipo que los clientes cumplan con las leyes de PBC.
- Proporcionar apoyo a los puestos de RM y Senior RM colaborando estrechamente con ellos y compartiendo conocimientos y experiencia.
¿Qué habilidades técnicas, experiencia y cualificaciones se requieren?
- Mínimo de 1 a 2 años de experiencia laboral en puesto similar.
- Licenciatura en Derecho.
- Gran dominio del inglés para hablar con fluidez con los clientes (B2/C1).
- Buenas habilidades de presentación.
- La atención al detalle y la capacidad de manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno acelerado son esenciales.
- Capacidad para gestionar de manera efectiva múltiples proyectos/tareas, cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión.
- Un enfoque proactivo para las tareas diarias y una persona orientada al equipo.
- Un deseo de trabajar con diferentes culturas.
El rango salarial para este puesto específico será de €26,000 – €30,000 brutos al año, más beneficios adicionales

Skills Required
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho)
- High command of English (B2/C1) for fluent client communication
- Good presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Proactive approach and team-oriented
- Desire to work with different cultures
