About the Role


This is a demanding, high-accountability role that operates at the pace of the CEO and executive leadership team. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly and where responsiveness, urgency, and execution are critical.


This position requires a significant commitment of time, attention, and ownership. Periods of extended work hours, including evening and weekend work, should be expected based on business priorities, strategic initiatives, and project deadlines. Candidates seeking a predictable schedule or a traditional work-life balance-focused role may find this position is not the right fit.


In return, this role provides exceptional exposure to executive leadership, direct involvement in enterprise-level decision-making, and the opportunity to contribute to some of the company's most important strategic initiatives. Base salary of $125,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 20% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.


Solar, Roofing or Home Services experience is a huge plus


What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end quantitative analysis on high-priority strategic projects of the CEO.
  • Build and maintain models, dashboards, and data frameworks that drive decisions across operations, finance, sales, and growth.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, process flow charts, briefings, and progress reports on active projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and corporate teams to diagnose performance gaps and design continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Operate as a trusted extension of the CEO's office — handling sensitive, time-critical work with discretion and speed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, finance, or accounting; background in consulting, corporate strategy, or FP&A is also valued.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills — you think in data and process. You build models instinctively.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including working with large, complex datasets. Fluency with Claude AI Excel plugins is required; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you can distill complexity for a C-suite audience.

Pay Range

$125,000 / year + up to 20% bonus
