  • Collaborate closely with teammates in product, engineering, and creative functions to align on shared goals and priorities.
  • Use consumer insights and empathy to craft messages that speak to diverse audiences and reflect their needs and aspirations.
  • Coordinate the creation of compassionate, user-focused marketing materials—videos, print assets, digital content, and more.
  • Support and align with cross-functional initiatives, including social media, public relations, trade shows, and inclusive advertising efforts.
  • Become a trusted subject matter expert and advocate for your product area, strengthening community across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain thoughtful budget management and inclusive project tracking.
  • Help guide external agencies and partners, fostering respectful and values-aligned collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing or advertising experience, with a focus on B2B/Wholesale channel marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that support business goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers.
  • Skilled in creating marketing content across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Familiar with marketing tools like email platforms, content management systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors to deliver projects on time and on brand.
  • Comfortable using customer insights and data to improve marketing strategies.
