Key Responsibilities
- Track, coordinate, and drive progress on key strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives (e.g. Operational Efficiency, Growth Initiatives)
- Prepare and coordinate internal communications, including company-wide announcements, to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization
- Assist in preparing external communications, such as presentations and reports for investors, board members, and public platforms
- Facilitate alignment within the leadership team by promoting transparency, efficient information flow, and collaboration across departments
- Help manage leadership team routines, including agenda setting, preparation of materials, and following up on key actions and decisions
- Contribute to onboarding and integration of new executive leaders
- Provide research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making and planning
- Serve as a flexible, rapid-response resource to the CEO and Chief of Staff for urgent, high-impact projects that emerge
- Support change management and the rollout of organizational changes
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, investment banking, SaaS business operations, or similar fields
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including in English
- Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and quantitative research
- Proven capacity to work collaboratively in a high-performing, cross-functional team environment
- High level of discretion and ability to work with sensitive information
- Masters degree in a top engineering, business school or university
