Associate Business Performance Manager (Pick-up)

Job Description

• Analyze business and operational performance data to identify key insights and explain trends.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of specific business topics and trends, presenting findings clearly and persuasively.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project planning and development, ensuring projects deliver on performance goals.

• Develop and maintain trackers/ Tableau reports to empower local teams to make data-driven decisions.

• Lead ad-hoc projects that accelerate Pickup Business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or business intelligence.

• Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and present them effectively.

• Proficiency in Spreadsheets, SQL, and Tableau (essential).

• Knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, and DBT (a plus).

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.

• A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high standards and tight deadlines.
