We are seeking an Associate Business Operations Analyst for the Warehouse Excellence team with a strong technical background and a passion for warehouse systems. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing our warehousing operations. The position will be focused primarily on TX but will also provide support to our network of warehouses nationwide. The ideal candidate will support all areas of our warehouse operations, including data analysis, reporting, WMS training and optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic warehouse projects.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics and work standards to help local warehouse teams improve performance and manage operations more effectively.
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to define and standardize work practices across Johnson Brothers’ warehouse network.
  • Utilize lean methodologies to solve operational challenges and improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support WMS-related initiatives:
    • Develop expertise in our WMS platform.
    • Provide training and support to warehouse teams.
    • Conduct operational audits and identify system improvement opportunities.
    • Conduct system testing to ensure quality deployments.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across corporate, regional, and local teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or similar technical field

Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or related role.
  • Experience using reporting or BI tools to build dashboards, visualizations, or reports.
  • Exposure to developing documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and training materials.
  • Prior exposure to WMS platforms and warehouse systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious and driven to deepen expertise in warehouse systems and operational models.

Working Conditions, Hazards & Physical Work Demands:

  • Hybrid role: four days per week in the office when not traveling.
  • Up to 35% travel required.
  • Work may occur in industrial environments (e.g., noise, dust).
