We are looking for a Belgrade-based Associate Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that support our business objectives.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 0-2 years of working experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to business operations, providing insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Prepare reports on operational performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and documentation of business processes and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with operational goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to tracking and monitoring the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that metrics are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support for ad-hoc operational projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve departmental efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving business operations processes and supporting ongoing initiatives.

In this role, you will provide analysis on operational effectiveness, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and decision-making.

Hours of Work
This is a full time position. The working hours would be 9-5 EMEA.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
