SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Associate Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality business and technology solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in business analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional project work. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Business Analysts, Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will gain hands-on experience across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and solution validation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the guidance of senior team members, you will:

  • Assist in eliciting, documenting, and clarifying business and system requirements

  • Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Participate in requirements workshops, meetings, and project discussions

  • Help document user stories, use cases, and functional requirements

  • Contribute to analysis of current and proposed business processes

  • Support project deliverables throughout the system development lifecycle

  • Assist in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and communicating updates

  • Participate in solution testing and validation activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate solution options

  • Support enterprise analysis through information gathering and brainstorming

  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Entry-level role (0–2 years of relevant experience preferred)

  • Recent graduate in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience will be considered

CORE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Business analysis planning and elicitation

  • Requirements gathering and documentation

  • Process and workflow analysis

  • Basic systems analysis and solution evaluation

  • Documentation of user stories, use cases, and business requirements

  • Diagramming and modeling (e.g., process flows, workflows)

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams

  • Professionalism when interacting with stakeholders at all levels

  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work under supervision

  • Consistent attendance and reliability, including occasional after-hours events as needed

  • Ability to work overtime when approved by supervisor
