Overview
Be part of a team that takes ArcGIS products to market. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will join our License Enablement team and play a crucial role in supporting release activities for our ArcGIS product family.
Responsibilities
- Work with the license enablement team to configure materials for assigned products/programs in SAP HANA including creation of material numbers, bills of materials, sales builds, routings, and licenses
- Manage the day-to-day administration of SAP, Salesforce, and/or other software for products/programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business management, product planning, customer service, and technical teams to administer timely and accurate electronic delivery and release of software products and programs
- Understand internal business processes, undertake analysis, suggesting changes to accommodate future product initiatives and enhance customer experience
- Perform various operational and product support tasks to drive and challenge business units on their assumptions and how they will successfully execute their plans
- Provide reports that reflect download and/or license usage
- Maintain detailed records of all release activities
- Participate in process improvement activities that benefit the team
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems
- A self-starter willing to take ownership and be able to make things happen with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly scheduled environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with collaborators at all levels of the organization
- Must be detail oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Process-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods
- Demonstrated experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s in business information systems, business administration or related field

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560—$79,040 USD
