Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support solution implementation.
- Analyze product behavior and data using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize APIs and system outputs to validate functionality and support issue investigation.
- Research healthcare regulations, CMS guidelines, and industry standards to support business and product requirements.
- Work with clients and internal teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve business and system-related issues.
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
- Support change impact analysis, testing, issue triaging, and implementation activities.
- Track requirements, defects, and progress through Jira and other project management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant Business Analyst or related experience.
- Strong SQL and database querying skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working with APIs, system analysis, and data validation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare processes, CMS guidelines, or healthcare regulations is an advantage.
