Associate Brand Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a consumer and results-oriented Associate Brand Manager Inco to support the implementation of the marketing strategy for one of the most recognized FMCG brands in Mexico. This role will be responsible for supporting brand growth by analyzing market and consumer trends, monitoring business performance, coordinating marketing initiatives, and driving the execution of innovation and communication projects. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to help achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets. What You Will Do
- You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the TENA brand strategy in Mexico.
- Lead a core portfolio of the brand with responsibility for monitoring end-to-end business performance and profitability.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, product performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance against objectives to identify opportunities to improve business results.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Brand Marketing Plan for the assigned segment.
- Support the execution and evaluation of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate brand-related projects, including product launches, communication initiatives, and innovation projects.
- Coordinate ATL and BTL marketing activities and support campaign execution.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize activities, monitor progress, and help remove implementation bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of consumers, categories, products, and market dynamics to support data-driven decision making.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Intern, Brand Assistant, or in marketing-related projects.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Experience working with and managing agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
