About the Role
The Associate Brand Manager, Influencer & Community Management will support the development and execution of influencer marketing programs and community engagement initiatives across the Personal Care portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creators, social culture, and building meaningful consumer connections.
You will work closely with the Associate Director to bring strategies to life—managing day to day operations, coordinating with creators and agencies, monitoring social conversations, and helping ensure our brands show up authentically across platforms. This is a hands on role with significant exposure to brand teams, creators, and cross functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Program Support
• Assist in the execution of influencer campaigns across paid, earned, and ambassador channels.
• Support creator identification, vetting, outreach, contracting, briefing, and content tracking.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal reviews to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with agencies, talent managers, and internal partners to keep programs on track.
• Help compile performance data and campaign recaps.
Community Management
• Monitor brand social channels daily to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Draft on brand responses, escalate issues appropriately, and support real time engagement moments.
• Track community sentiment, emerging conversations, and cultural trends relevant to the Personal Care category.
• Assist in developing community playbooks, tone of voice guidelines, and engagement frameworks.
Content & Social Support
• Partner with brand and creative teams to support content planning and social storytelling.
• Help identify creator content that can be repurposed across brand channels.
• Stay current on platform updates, creator trends, and competitive activity.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, Media, Legal, and Insights to support integrated planning.
• Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative needs for influencer and community programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or similar
2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, community management, or related fields (agency or consumer brand experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and digital trends.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social listening, influencer platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
