The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $89,496.00 to $111,870.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic and tactical brand plans that drive growth and innovation. What you’ll do

  • Support the development and execution of Malibu’s annual brand plan, including P&L management and performance analysis.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver breakthrough consumer-centric programs across digital, social, and retail channels.

  • Assist in creating and launching innovation initiatives in collaboration with the Innovation Hub.

  • Coordinate brand content creation for campaigns and always-on marketing, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

  • Track and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.

  • Manage vendor purchase orders and monitor A&P budget to ensure financial accountability.

  • Contribute to Malibu’s multicultural and inclusion strategy and support commercial execution across On- and Off-Premise channels.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on brand development and execution.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
